It’s cheap. Only the essencial.

Loved the staff, very available. Good breakfast. There lives a cute cat.

No parking lot. And a very uncomfortable situation: at 4 a.m. a couple was arguing and woke me up, then a strange guy entered the room and scared me, couldn’t sleep after this... The six bed room don’t have door lock. Be careful.

It is a good place to stay in an awesome part of the charming Rio de Janeiro.

Staff always available to help, especially Duda, Leo, Dalia. They all tried to answer my questions and meet my needs. Sometimes there is some noise in the place with so many people hosted but the staff had managed the situation well.

It is necessary to make better maintenance of some parts, and improve comfortable with simple things like putting black out curtains in the room.

Very friendly and flexible staff.

Very friendly and flexible staff. They made up for some shortcomings. Liked outdoor kitchen and closeness to beach and local shops and restaurants. Definitely worth the money.

Furniture and some facilities needed an update. A lick of paint and throwing away or fixing broken stuff would help a lot.

The staff were pretty friendly.

The staff were pretty friendly. The location was amazing, while far from main attractions, it was steps from a busy bar street and the beach, as well as the metro. The area was also very safe which was a top priority for us.

The bathroom situation was pretty bad. Only 2 showers and 2 toilets for every single woman in the hostel. And the toilets were often clogged. It would also have been good for the hostel staff to offer activities or suggested tours. Not that kind of interactive hostel I guess.

Cool hostel owner, good atmosphere, the internet and...

Cool hostel owner, good atmosphere, the internet and airconditioner was great!

The bikes to rent were all broken, still we payed 30 real. One of the hostel staff had all his food in the lockers so our locker and our stuff smelled so bad like fish.

They let me check in early and sleep when I arrived after an overnight flight

No one spoke English so when I asked if I would be charged to use a towel they didn't answer me and then I was charged for the towel at checkout. The dorm was the smallest I have ever seen with far too many beds in one tiny room. No space to relax

Não gostei de nada !

Não gostei de nada !! E não indico pra ninguém.

Lugar sujo, fui guardar uma bebida na geladeira e estava tão cheia que não achei um espaço com cheiro ruim a vigilância sanitária devia ser informada, fora que estava num quarto chamado maracanã na primeira noite fui acordada 02:37 com uma discussão de um homem e um hóspede, não sei se era o dono ou funcionário mais foi uma puta falta de respeito com quem não tinha nada a ver com o problema, além disso as tomadas não funcionavam precisava carregar o celular e tive que ficar horas na recepção esperando o celular carregar, banheiro sujo e o box apertado não tinha um banheiro na parte de cima onde eu fiquei, enfim eu cheguei lá a moça que estava na recepção já veio com vários não pode isso não pode aquilo e obrigava o hóspede a comprar cerveja com eles.

O hostel parecia ótimo, a localização e primeiro atendimento. Mas tivemos uma péssima experiência. O quarto não estava pronto - estavam terminando de construir as camas as 20:00 - o ar condicionado não estava funcionando - e não foi arrumado , apesar do calor de dezembro e 21 camas no quarto. Foi tão ruim que fomos embora uma noite antes - mesmo estando a última paga. Não recomendo. Com tantas outras opções. Banheiros sempre sujos, quarto muito empoeirado, roupa de cama puída. A estrutura é ótima e o staff é muito simpático, mas faltou profissionalismo e faltou entregar o que reservamos, tem bastante espaço para melhorias .

A localização é excelente. Os funcionários super atenciosos a prestação de serviços excelente.

O único incômodo foi que pela manhã os hospedes e funcionários faziam muito barulho enquanto dormíamos no dormitório localizado no térreo.

Localização boa. Ar condicionado funcionou. Cama boa.

Pior hostel que eu já fiquei na vida. Parece um cortiço: áreas comuns sujas, cheias de bugigangas espalhadas no chão, roupas penduradas nos corrimãos, sacos de lixo com roupa suja largados no meio da passagem. Banheiros imundos, com cheiro. Quando fui na cozinha vi potes de comida largados na pia, sabe-se lá de quem. No vestiário feminino as pessoas largavam roupas, toalhas e nécessaires penduradas para secar e esqueciam por lá. Baratas mortas na area da cozinha. No booking informaram que, dentre as comodidades do quarto tinha chuveiro, mas não era verdade, o chuveiro era coletivo. Enfim, pecam demais em matéria de organização e limpeza, jamais me hospedaria lá novamente. As fotos não correspondem à realidade.

- Falta de organização da administração - Falta de identificação dos funcionários - Demoraram mais de um dia para escolherem meu quarto. Me alocaram em um provisorio. Quando retornei da praia minhas coisas haviam sido retiradas e simplesmente colocadas no corredor sem nenhum aviso ou contato do hostel. - Falta de identificação por parte de quem entra. Basta acionar a campainha que qualquer um entra. - Vaso sanitário solto do piso, o que é perigoso. - Apenas uma boca de fogão funcionando.
